We are pleased to announce that the new account manager is up and online now. This new system will allow full control of your account(s). This new system is full of easy to use tools from managing your domain name registration to your hosting account. We are working hard to make hosting your website easier everyday. We simple think you will come to enjoy this new system as we will be taking care of you and your business, organization, and individual needs. Real time account upgrade/downgrade has come to be easier by processing all requests in real time. Our new support system will allow us to take your support, sales, and billing requests to a new level. Originally we were not expecting this system to be ready until 12-01-2008. This new system is replacing the old My Account Manager effective 11-16-2008. While we really liked the old system we was simple not giving our clients level of support they deserve. We felt a definite need for a change in order to provide the level of service & support you truly deserve.
